What is a USADG Trust Report?

In today's marketplace, the average business can post a few positive reviews and create a company website with very little effort.

How do you know if the Dog Groomer you have selected is trustworthy?

USADG helps combat fraud and fake reviews by doing it's own independent research and releasing a trust report on it's findings for businesses in the Dog Groomer industry, similar to a Dog Groomer report card.

USADG trust reports allow past, current and potential customers to read reviews of past experiences, check for a valid business license and verify the phone numbers and business addresses that are registered with the state in case a dispute arises.

Accredited by USADG Status

If a Dog Groomer has a status of accredited on their trust report, the company listed on the trust report has had their website, business license, address and customer phone number verified and confirmed by USADG using a combination of government and private third-party databases. Although a business's status can change, this is the most reliable way to confirm this information.

The United States Association of Dog Groomers only recommends doing business with a Dog Groomer if they display the USADG “Trusted” seal on their website.

Not Accredited by USADG Status

If a Dog Groomer has a status of Not Accredited by USADG on their trust report, it simply means the company listed on the trust report has NOT had their website, business license, address and customer phone number verified by USADG.

This status should in no way express or imply that USADG believes that the company listed on the trust report is a fraud or that any of their information or licenses are not valid. This status only means that USADG has not yet had a chance to review the company listed in the report.
If the business has submitted a membership application and it was rejected for any reason, this status will also display.

Please keep in mind that the information we provide should not be considered reliable as much of it is submitted by previous customers and users and many businesses do not feel the need to provide information to reporting agencies like USADG. As a result all information provided should simply be used as an unreliable reference. Consumers should confirm all information with the business itself before making any decisions.
