I’ve been taking my dog Gentry to Barkberry for several years for his haircut. They have always been professional, friendly, done a good job.Gentry has had some ups and downs this year, he was 15 1/2. A little over three months ago, he was fine that morning when dropped off for his haircut; that quickly changed and thanks to the groomer’s quickness of action, Barkberry got hold of my husband, he has not left the parking lot yet and he was able to get him to the vet and I met them there. We had to make a hard decision that day and let Gentry go; thanks to Barkberry I got to say goodbye. They were so kind and called to check on him later that day. I am grateful and thankful to Barkberry because they cared for my pet and they cared about me! Excellence of service and heart, gold star from me; forever grateful ♥️
